Embodied coaching helps you grow by working with both mind and body — not one without the other. Our sensations, posture, and emotions often hold insights our thinking mind can’t access. By combining conversation with breath, movement, and awareness practices, embodied coaching helps you build resilience, clarity, and authentic presence.

1:1 Embodied Coaching Sessions
What to Expect during a Session
Each session begins in a safe, supportive space where we check in on how you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on.
We start with guided conversation — talking through your experiences, challenges, and goals. When it’s helpful, I bring in somatic practices like breathwork, mindfulness, gentle movement, or body scans to help you tune into your body’s signals.
This blend of dialogue and body awareness helps you gain insight into your patterns and learn new ways to respond with more clarity and resilience.
While I integrate tools from psychology and trauma-informed models, I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My role is to support your growth and well-being — and if other form of support would serve you better, I’ll guide you toward the right direction.

Whether you’re looking for a one-time session or a deeper journey — the first step is simple.
Pricing, Payments & Cancellations
Pricing:
First session: 75 minutes 90 EUR
Follow- up session: 60 minutes 80 EUR
Typically, 4-6 sessions are enough to make clear shifts — and sometimes even one session can create a meaningful change.
Payment:
Payments are made via PIN (debit card) directly after each session. For online appointments, the invoices will be emailed to you and can be paid within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made later than that, or missed appointments, will be fully invoiced.
