Welcome to EINTRINSIC

Hi, I’m Eini.

I support international and expat women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a crossroads after moving countries, often while navigating identity shifts, relationships, or motherhood in a new culture.

I know first-hand what it’s like to start over in a new place. The excitement, the uncertainty, and the quiet moments of wondering where you truly belong. Leaving familiar systems behind can slowly take a toll on your nervous system, your sense of self, and your confidence — even when life looks “fine” from the outside.

My work grew from this lived experience, alongside my background in psychology and my years in international corporate HR roles and environments. I saw how easily women disappear into adaptation, becoming capable, resilient, and exhausted at the same time.

Today, I offer a calm, grounded space where insight meets the body. Together, we work with both mind and nervous system to reduce overwhelm, rebuild emotional steadiness, and help you reconnect with yourself as you navigate life abroad.

Clients often tell me they feel calmer in their bodies, clearer in their thinking, and more confident making everyday decisions.

I combine coaching psychology with somatic and sensorimotor tools, using a trauma-informed approach that supports gentle, sustainable change, not fixing, but reconnecting

Who I Support

I support women who are:

  • At a professional or life crossroads

  • Feeling burned out, anxious, or disconnected from their body

  • Seeking to reconnect with clarity, energy, and purpose

  • Experiencing chronic stress or emotional overwhelm

  • High-achieving or highly sensitive women who feel out of alignment

  • Craving a deeper, values-led approach to leadership or life transitions

Whether you're navigating a personal shift, a career change, or simply a sense that "something's missing," I offer a grounded, compassionate, and forward-looking space to realign with what matters most — from the inside out.

Each session is a space to reconnect with what truly matters and move forward with intention.

Why Eintrinsic?

The name Eintrinsic reflects what I most believe in:
The power of what is already inside us, our inner light, wisdom, and strength, even if we’ve lost touch with it. Like a lamp waiting to be turned on, we often carry the very qualities we need to move forward.

Let’s explore what’s possible when you bring all of you — mind, body, values, insight — into alignment.

I’m looking forward to welcoming you at Eintrinsic!
